1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the vx8 platform at vx8.asia (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute the entire and sole legal agreement between you and vx8 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior understandings, agreements, or representations, whether oral or written.

vx8 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to the vx8 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By creating an account or placing any wager on the Platform, you confirm and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

vx8 reserves the right to request age verification documents from any player at any time. Acceptable documents include, but are not limited to, a valid national identity card, passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

In addition to the age requirement, players must:

• Be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited at the time of placing bets.
• Not be acting on behalf of another person when placing bets or making deposits.
• Not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of vx8 or any of its affiliated companies or software providers.
• Not be a family member residing in the same household as any vx8 employee.

3 Account Registration & Management

To access the full range of vx8 services, players must register a single personal account on the Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) account. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment details, or device fingerprints — is strictly prohibited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You further agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

vx8 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant, or to suspend or terminate any existing account, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, if:

• The information provided during registration is found to be false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• The player is found to have violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player's activity raises concerns relating to fraud, money laundering, or match-fixing.
• The player is identified as a politically exposed person (PEP) under applicable anti-money laundering guidelines.

Upon termination of an account for breach of these Terms, vx8 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending a full internal investigation. Balances found to have been obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited in full.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Processing

vx8 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods available to Bangladesh players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply to each payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All payment accounts used to transact on vx8 must be registered in the full legal name of the vx8 account holder. The use of payment accounts belonging to third parties — whether family members, friends, or any other persons — is strictly prohibited. vx8 reserves the right to reverse any transaction and freeze the associated vx8 account if a third-party payment is detected.

Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to identity verification checks. vx8 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, including but not limited to proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used.

Players are solely responsible for any fees charged by their mobile financial service provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad) in connection with deposits or withdrawals. vx8 does not control or reimburse third-party transaction charges.

All transactions on vx8 are denominated in Bangladesh Taka (BDT, ৳). Currency conversion, where applicable for international card payments, will occur at the prevailing rate determined by the card network at the time of the transaction.

5 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

vx8 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual offer.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all vx8 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account separately from real-money funds and must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• vx8 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, alter its terms, or disqualify a player from a promotion if there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements, coordinated play across multiple accounts, or exploitation of a technical error.
• Bonuses are awarded for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute a financial obligation on the part of vx8.
• Players may not hold more than one active welcome bonus simultaneously.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to meeting wagering requirements.

vx8 reserves the right to modify or discontinue any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already opted into a promotion will be entitled to complete that promotion under the terms in effect at the time of opt-in, unless the modification is required by law or to prevent fraud.

6 Betting Rules & Game Integrity

All bets placed on the vx8 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing each game or sporting market. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the applicable rules before placing any wager. vx8 does not accept responsibility for bets placed in error or without full understanding of the applicable rules.

In the event of a technical failure, system error, or data feed interruption that affects the outcome or settlement of a bet, vx8 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned. vx8's decision in all matters relating to game integrity and bet settlement is final.

vx8 strictly prohibits the following conduct:

• Arbitrage betting or placing bets with the sole intent of exploiting pricing discrepancies between markets.
• Collusion with other players, dealers, or sports participants to influence game outcomes.
• Use of automated betting software, bots, or scripts to place bets on the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, glitches, or technical errors in the Platform's software for financial gain.
• Match-fixing or any involvement in the manipulation of sporting events covered by vx8's sportsbook.

Any player found to have engaged in any of the above prohibited conduct will have their account immediately suspended. Any winnings attributable to prohibited conduct will be voided and forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Responsible Gaming

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the vx8 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and the compilation thereof, is the exclusive property of vx8 or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, display, transmit, or otherwise exploit any content from the vx8 Platform — in whole or in part — without the prior written consent of vx8. Unauthorised use of vx8 content may give rise to a claim for damages and/or constitute a criminal offence.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, vx8 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or its services. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or the cost of substitute services.

vx8 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Players use the Platform at their own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit vx8's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by vx8's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

vx8 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and accept the vx8 Privacy Policy.

vx8 uses industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our servers. We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, enforcement, interpretation, or validity thereof, shall first be submitted to vx8's internal dispute resolution process.

Players wishing to raise a dispute should contact the vx8 support team at [email protected], providing full details of the matter in dispute. vx8 will acknowledge receipt of all formal dispute submissions within 5 business days and aims to resolve disputes within 30 business days of receipt.

vx8's decision on any dispute relating to bet settlement, bonus eligibility, or Platform access is final and binding, subject to any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.

12 Amendments & Severability

vx8 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, vx8 will make reasonable efforts to provide notice to registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.

These Terms do not create any partnership, joint venture, employment, franchise, or agency relationship between you and vx8. You may not assign any rights or obligations under these Terms to any third party without vx8's prior written consent.
